Shipping
We are Canadian. We accept orders from residents in Canada, U.S.A. and some international. All orders are shipped via courier/carrier selected by Planet of the vintage. Orders in Canada are charged a flate fee rate of $20 cad. Orders from the U.S.A are charged a flat fee rate of $35 cad. For all international orders please reach out to use via Instagram or email us at [email protected] for the cost of shipping. We do our best to accept all orders, but we reserve the right to cancel your order, with or without reason or without prior notice, a full refund including shipping will be issued in this case.
International Orders
We are NOT responsible for any additional taxes or import duties fees you may be charged after purchasing from us. We are not liable, nor will we be accountable for the travel time of the chosen shipping provider.
Tracking
All item will be tracked and a tracking number will be provided to your after your purchase. If you did not receive a tracking number please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will provide you with one.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Please make sure that your address is accurate. Shipping is Not refundable once the order has been submitted.
If an item is returned to us, we will reach out to you in 1 to 2 business days to obtain the correct address. An additional shipping cost may be required.
A refund of the cost of the item/s, will be refunded upon request of the customer.
Please allow another 2 to 3 business days for the item to be re-shipped.
Re-shipping an item may affect the initial shipping time.
